Fahari is a singer and songwriter originally from Winston, North Carolina, presently residing in Salem, Oregon. For Fahari music comes as naturally as breathing, performing in multiple genres including; Blues, Bluegrass, R&B, and Folk. With smoky vocals, an impressive range in style, and creative lyricism, Fahari aims to leave even the biggest skeptic a believer.

She began her musical journey in 2012 when she was requested to help form the band Lady Sullen as the lead singer. Their EP, Home Grown In Oregon, was released in 2013. Their band was described as an up-and-coming acoustic act with beautifully crafted songwriting, guaranteed to stun listeners worldwide. Lady Sullen was even invited to sing for the judges of America’s Got Talent after being discovered by the talent scouts.

Since leaving Lady Sullen in August 2014, Fahari has been adventuring as a solo artist, typically performing with a variety of instrumental accompaniment. Armed with the love of the written language and melodies inspired by the East and West coasts, she hit the ground running. With a blend of almost every genre Fahari has created her own unique sound that is unlike any other.

Fahari digitally released A Hell of a Year in August of 2016. It is an R&B album that is heavy with blues guitar and lots of attitude. She does not conform to the status quo and, because of this, she has been able to fully display her range of vocal aptitude.

Fahari is a live, recording, and touring artist who has completed two Pacific Northwest tours from September of 2016 to 2017. She was also cast by producers and competed in Season 13 of The Voice, making it all the way to the top 60!

Amidst several collaborative projects with local artists in the works, she is eager to continue expanding and is now offering songwriting and vocal services, as well.

With a style, sound, and personality all her own, she continues to wow audiences around the country. Make sure to look for her current project, The Catalyst, due to be released in late 2017.
